AR-5 | Digital Invitation Letter for an International Guest at Convocation
Please note that graduates may invite a maximum of two guests each. Only one letter will be provided in the name of the graduate. Please leave the quantity toggle set to "1". Any letters that are purchased in addition to this limit will be refunded.
Please note that these letters provided by the Office of the Registrar are intended to support your own invitation request. You will also be required to write your own invitation letter. You will find all the necessary information that you need to include in your letter of invitation on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website: Letter of invitation - Canada.ca
It is important to know that the Office of the Registrar does not notarize any documents.
With these two documents, your relative or next of kin must present himself or herself to a Canadian embassy, consulate or High commission nearest to his or her residence. They should also consult the embassy or consulate's website for the exact list of all documents to be provided.
